Energy exists all around us,

whether it's a slow moving glacier,

or a crashing waterfall,
energy exists and operates at different levels in nature and in our bodies.

Thoughts About Human Energy Systems
by Natalie G. Nehman
My first recollections of thinking about human energy were primitive to say the least. When I was a child, I remember thinking that when a baby was born and breathed that first breath, he came to life and that life-energy ran throughout its body. Thoughts about what happened to the energy at death and breathing that last breath came much later. It didn't occur to me until sometime later that the unborn baby had been moving and kicking in its mother and was definitely alive prior to its birth.
In my forties, when I was having health problems my thinking about energy as it related to humans started to develop and change. After exhausting all my resources in the “traditional” medical field, I went with much trepidation to see a Chinese acupuncturist where I finally received help with my physical challenges. This help from needle sticks made no sense to my western trained mind. And since science and math was where I excelled, I needed to make logical sense of all this.
Within a few months I started taking energy kinesiology classes from a local instructor. Our class met every Monday night for three to four hours fifty weeks a year for three years. I heard about the Energy Kinesiology Association (formerly ASK US) and joined and went to their first conference. My understanding of energy in humans was to continue to develop from that time forward.
One of my big leaps in understanding energy movement in humans came when I met Philip Rafferty at the Touch for Health Convention in Orlando , FL. As I watched Philip's demo in amazement, I knew that I needed to be instructed by him. This wild hand, mouth, and leg waving looked crazy to me but seemed to be making huge shifts in the volunteer's wellbeing. These were shifts that I had not seen before from other branches of energy kinesiology. Philip explained that all corrections were made with “healing energy”. I was very glad that I had previously signed up to take Philip's RESET (TMJ) class with a good friend. Now I could learn a bit more about the workings of energy within the body.
That evening I had a melt down at the end of the RESET class from the mercury, which was released into my body by the energy sent into my face! Philip worked on me until nearly midnight to get my body more stable. My friend Rosemary and I went back to our room with the hospital and Philip's phone number beside our beds. Neither one of us knew if I would make it through the night. Now I knew without a doubt that I had to understand energy and it's flow much better. This was amazing stuff! (Philip has since added several safety features into the classes to prevent such reactions as mine.)
What I have learned in the ensuing years about energy I find incredibly interesting. I know that my knowledge of energy will continue to grow and evolve as more information becomes available and I take it in. What I currently know and accept as accurate is:
There are several different energy systems (fields) working directly with and within the human body. While many think that Chi or Qi and Prana are the same energy, I now realize that these two designations are different energy systems that work synergistically. The main energy systems of the body, often called “Life-force” are composed of: A.) The chakra system (working with Prana); B.) The meridian system (working with Chi ); and C.) The auric system (working with energy communication ). All of these systems can be accessed and balanced using energy kinesiology.
The human body is a self-creating, self-healing system if given the opportunity. Self-creation is accomplished by a process known as differentiation*; self-healing is brought about by specific use of various energy frequencies that balance, cleanse, and/or rejuvenate the body. The body is continually accomplishing aspects of self-healing unconsciously or we can consciously facilitate it in some way of our own or with the help of a holistic practitioner. Energy kinesiology appears at this time to be the easiest, deepest, most thorough, long lasting way to find the core issue of an imbalance and to facilitate it's resolution, thus allowing the body to bring about its own self-healing.
Human energy is created by: a.) Oxygen (intake, absorption, and distribution), b.) Water and Nutrition (intake, absorption, and distribution), and c.) “Life-force” (composed of systems A, B, & C mentioned above). There are a total of 28 Cardinal Frequencies encompassed in “Life-force” in the Dawson System.
According to the late Cameron Dawson, the chakras are the energy suppliers of the body (with 7 Cardinal Frequencies), the meridians are the energy framework that the body is physically built on (with 14 Cardinal Frequencies), and the auric fields are the communicators and protectors of the body (with 7 Cardinal Frequencies); totaling the 28 Cardinal Frequencies.
Kundalini is the Sanskrit name for the gradient energy flowing next to the spine into which all the chakras funnel their energy. Kundalini energy exists in each egg long before conception takes place. At conception the chakra system is born with the emergence of the crown and root chakra forming out of the Kundalini*. The root chakra is the lowest frequency and the crown chakra the highest frequency along this Kundalini gradient. The chakras create seven alternating currents . “Life-force” enters the body at the 12 chakra entry points . These entry points are the front and back of the brow, throat, heart, solar plexus, and sacral chakras, plus the crown and root chakras. The nadis are vessels that carry this energy brought in by the chakras to the meridians , organs, cells, and other systems . It is through “differentiation”* that one cell becomes a heart cell and another a fingernail cell, etc. The “differentiation” of this self-creating system is governed by a set of laws that are entirely different from the laws that govern the body once “differentiation” is completed.* In fact many of these governing laws are quite the opposite when differentiation is completed. In humans, it appears that “differentiation” slowly diminishes from the time of birth to about the age of six even though self-creation continues through puberty.
Directions are given to the body by three different intelligences : 1.) The Mind either conscious (intent) or subconscious (communicates through the auric fields), 2.) The Cell or DNA (through the meridian system to the shape fields), or 3.) The Second Brain or Heart Center (through gut reactions) that often overrides conscious intent. Energy kinesiology may be the only way of directly contacting all three intelligences to offer another perspective, break up a blockage, remove a suppression, find a sabotage, or offer another solution to its problems.
Illness or “Dis-ease” appears to be caused by any of three imbalances : I.) An imbalance in the 28 Cardinal Frequencies called a “Frequency Malfunction” composed of bone misalignment/fixation, negative thought patterns, and/or shock; II.) “Water & Nutritional Deficiencies” composed of dehydration, lack of nutrition, and/or chemical damage or irritation; III.) “Oxygen Malfunction” with problems of oxygen deficiency, transport, and/or cell absorption. Any imbalances in these three areas will affect the “Triad of Health”, our chemical, physical, and emotional balance and can cause symptoms of dis-ease. The optimum frequency for perfect health is 77,687,888 MHz. Anything less than this in any part of the body will in time produce symptoms of “dis-ease”.
“Healing energy” is something that exists in and is available to everyone. I believe it is of divine origin entering the body through the crown chakra. It is a different energy than any of the energy systems discussed previously in this article. This “healing energy” utilizes the other energy systems to produce results. It is what is called upon for any and all self-healing (conscious or subconscious) and may be consciously used and directed to facilitate the self-healing of others. Energy kinesiology is one of the modalities that uses “healing energy” to facilitate self-healing. In Kinergetics “healing energy” is also used as the only correction to balance the source of the clients issues, instead of crystals, tuning forks, scents, sounds, etc. Each of these latter tools if used properly is a vibration that would match the client's imbalance exactly and resolve it. In Kinergetics the “healing energy” we use is also an exact match for the imbalance# and facilitates that self-healing. “Healing energy” is available to everyone free of charge. It is always available to use when and where it is needed. It is most likely the ideal tool for facilitating any self-healing other than a divine intervention. It only builds up the body even if there is a temporary healing crisis caused by a detoxification (as in my case mentioned at the outset). Learning to use and direct the “healing energy” to boost and balance the other energy systems and bring about an emotionally and physically balanced body is a gift of our time. This knowledge is growing exponentially and hopefully soon, many more will learn about and avail themselves of some branch of energy kinesiology, a safe, inspired, creative, energy balancing system.
